The Hyatt Regency Atlanta is located approximately 18 minutes from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
Parking
Parking at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta is $60 per night for valet parking. Although there is no official hotel self-parking, Hyatt guests may elect to self-park at designated off-property locations and enjoy discounted rates with no in/out privileges. As events in the city warrant, parking costs at non-Hyatt facilities are subject to change without notice. We do not recommend parking in any open, unsecured lots.
Waiver of Liability
Each individual attending the 51st Academy Annual Meeting & Scientific Symposium assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with his or her attendance and participation in all on-site activities that occur during the Annual Meeting. By registering for this meeting, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Academy and its governing bodies, officers, and employees from all loss, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your attendance and participation at the 51st Academy Annual Meeting & Scientific Symposium.
Photograph/Video/Information Release
Photographs and video taken at the 51st Academy Annual Meeting & Scientific Symposium may be used in future marketing, publicity, promotions, advertising, and training activities. By registering for this meeting, you agree to allow the Academy to use the photographs and video—which may include you—in all media formats worldwide.
Important Notice About Making Hotel Reservations
The Academy DOES NOT use a housing company. Reservations must be made directly with the Hyatt Regency Atlanta by using this secure link or by phoning the Hyatt Regency Atlanta directly. Attendees and exhibitors may be approached with fraudulent offerings of hotel rooms at significant discounts. Lured by highly attractive rates, exhibitors and attendees fall prey to these imposters, which may result in losing significant deposits, discovering hidden costs, paying up-front charges, or becoming victim to a bait and switch scheme. These companies are in no way affiliated with the Academy or our official hotel. If you are contacted by anyone asking if you need a room reservation for the Academy 51st Annual Meeting & Scientific Symposium or by anyone saying they are the Academy housing provider, please get as much information as you can and then contact the Academy by calling +1 (202) 380-3663 or emailing annual-meeting@oandp.org.
Please be aware of pirating. The Academy does not sell its attendee list to third party marketing companies. Any vendor selling a list of those registered to attend the Academy Annual Meeting should be ignored.
